Return and Refund Policy

At TechClearance, we specialize in limited-quantity, clearance-priced technology products. Due to the nature of our inventory model, all returns and refunds are subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Clearance items that are explicitly labeled as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or customer error

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives defective or damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos showing the issue
  • We will review and determine eligibility for:
    • Replacement (if available), or
    • Refund

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, contact:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

If approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • Do not return items without authorization

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • Item is defective, or
    • We made an error in your order

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

This helps cover:

  • Processing costs
  • Supplier return fees
  • Operational handling

The exact fee (if applied) will be communicated during the return approval process.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled

If cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.

9. Inventory Limitations

Due to our limited-quantity inventory model:

  • Replacement items are not guaranteed
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

10. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some orders are fulfilled by third-party distributors and partners.

As a result:

  • Return approvals may be subject to supplier policies
  • Processing times may vary depending on the fulfillment source

11. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Deny returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return activity
  • Refuse service in cases of abuse or policy manipulation
